Reena Motapothula

Service Operations Manager at UniSuper

Reena Motapothula has a diverse and extensive work experience. Reena is currently working at UniSuper as a Service Operations Manager, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Future Fund as a Service Operations Manager from October 2021 to March 2023. From 2016 to 2021, Reena was an IT Service Management Leader at EnergyAustralia.

Before that, Reena held various roles at IBM. Reena was a Service Delivery Manager from January 2014 to August 2016, and a Duty Manager (Incident, Problem, and Change) from August 2010 to December 2013. From 2009 to 2010, they served as an IT Operations Manager (Incident Management) at Telstra.

Reena’s career began at GE, where they worked as an IT Service Delivery Consultant from July 2007 to November 2008. Prior to that, they were an IT Incident and Change Management Team Leader from October 2005 to June 2007. Reena also gained experience as a Customer Service Representative at Rockline Consulting from February 2004 to May 2005.

Reena Motapothula holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Reena has also obtained additional certifications in ITIL – Foundation Version 3 from ISeb Qualifications from BCS and Kepner Fourie Problem Solving & Decision from the K&F Institute in Melbourne.
