Miranda Hewitt

Miranda Hewitt has a diverse work experience spanning over more than a decade. Miranda started their career as a Human Resources/Team Assistant at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants in 2002. Miranda then worked as a Local Specialist in Human Resources at AXA Investment Managers in 2004. In 2005, Miranda joined Datamonitor as the Human Resources Manager for North America.

Moving forward, in 2008, they became a Human Resource Business Partner at UBS Wealth Management. Following that, they joined UniSuper in 2009 as a People & Development Partner. At UniSuper, they held various positions, including Manager, HR Projects, Systems & Analytics, and later becoming the Manager of Employee Experience & Insights. Miranda's most recent role was Head of Employee Experience at UniSuper, which started in December 2018.
