Toni Mupunga

Toni Mupunga has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily focused on business process analysis and project management. They began their career at Ericsson as an Optical Transmission Systems Support Engineer in 2005 and worked their way up to become a Project Business Analyst. They also worked at companies such as SP AusNet, National Australia Bank, UGL LTD, and nbn™ Australia in similar roles. In 2020, Toni joined AIA as a Business Analyst before moving on to bareware bub as a Co-Founder. They then joined Telstra as a Process Specialist and currently hold the position of Senior Business Process Analyst at UniSuper since 2023.

Toni Mupunga obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Newcastle, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In July 2023, Toni also obtained a certification as an ICAgile Certified Professional from ICAgile.
