Tracy Morfitt

Tracy Morfitt has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Beginning in 2015, Tracy worked at Telstra as a Senior Process Specialist in the Channel Process Development and later joined the NBN Operations Triage Team as part of the FTTB and FTTN Soft Launch. In 2016, Tracy took on the Siebel Open UI Project as a Process Specialist. Tracy then joined Deakin University in 2017 as a Senior Process Analyst and Business Analyst. Returning to Telstra in 2018, Tracy worked as a Change and Continuous Improvement Senior GES Process Analyst and later as a Senior Business Process Analyst. Tracy subsequently had a career break in 2017 as the main caregiver. Tracy's work experience also includes positions at Barwon Health as a Project Business Analyst and at Keynote Consulting (Vic) Pty Ltd. for long service leave. In 2019, Tracy worked at Cbus Super Fund as a Senior Process Lead and later joined UniSuper in 2020 as a Business Analyst. Currently, Tracy holds the position of Senior Business Process Analyst at UniSuper since 2023.

Tracy Morfitt completed their Bachelor of Business (Information Systems) degree at the University of Ballarat from 1989 to 1992, specializing in IT. Tracy later pursued a Diploma of Arts in Professional Writing at Box Hill Institute and RMIT. In September 2020, Tracy obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Learning Lean.
