Sue Sabow possesses extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as Managing Director of Customer Experience and Corporate Strategy at United Airlines since July 2010. Prior to this role, Sue spent over a decade at Oliver Wyman as an Associate Partner specializing in Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense. Sue's career began at BP Amoco as a Materials Management Specialist. Academically, Sue holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and undergraduate degrees in Supply Chain and Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University.
