John Graziano, MBA, CPCU has a diverse and extensive work experience in the insurance industry. John currently serves as the Chief Claims Officer at United Automobile Insurance Company since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Kemper where they held multiple roles including Head of Claims Operations & Shared Services and Head of Claims Operations. In these positions, they oversaw various aspects of claims handling, implemented new strategies and initiatives to improve efficiency and customer service, and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Before joining Kemper, John was the Vice President of Claims at Infinity Insurance and played a key role in the integration team after the acquisition by Kemper. John has also worked at Progressive Insurance, AIG, Reliant Insurance, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car in various claims and leadership roles. John Graziano, MBA, CPCU completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. John's University from 1993 to 1997. John further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from West Texas A&M University from 2016 to 2018.

In addition to their academic qualifications, John Graziano also holds the certification of Certified Agile Leadership from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in June 2022. Furthermore, they are a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certified by The Institutes, achieved in November 2016.
