Randall Rogelio A. Evangelista

Mr. Evangelista has nearly three decades of experience in information technology that spans from technical consulting, technical support, and application/system development, to research and development, network and engineering. Prior to his current position, he was First Vice President and Division Head of the Information Technology Division tasked to develop the Bank’s capability by using IT systems and infrastructure. Previously, he headed the IT Group of EastWest Bank, and Export and Industry Bank and also had stints in Security Bank, International Exchange Bank, and Headstrong, an IT consulting firm. He began his IT career with UCPB as a Hardware Specialist in 1990. Mr. Evangelista holds professional licenses in Electrical Engineering and Electronics and Communications Engineering, obtaining these degrees from the Mapua Institute of Technology in 1988.
