Christian Návar leads the design and construction of United Dwelling’s ADUs. In 2006, Christian co-founded Modative, a modern architecture firm committed to delivering an exceptional living experience at an affordable price. Under Christian's leadership, Modative became the leading expert in small lot residential design and construction in Los Angeles. Christian brings this expertise to United Dwelling, building modern, functional, and affordable backyard homes.

Christian is a licensed contractor and holds Bachelor and Master of Architecture degrees from the University of Southern California.
