Katie Eichten

Katie Eichten leads the operations side of United Dwelling overseeing and developing the process our homeowners progress through from contract signing to their new home being built in their backyard. Previously, Katie was the SVP of Capital Markets at LendingHome, one of the nation’s leading FinTech lenders where she lead Capital Markets for Consumer Mortgages and became the GM for the Consumer Mortgage division. She has extensive experience in operations and mortgage lending startups, including co-founding a mortgage firm with several colleagues and Goldman Sachs. She cares deeply about equitable access to housing and how financing can play a critical role.

Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Finance from Santa Clara University.
