Dave Hada

Dave Hada leads the Finance operations at United Dwelling, developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives while ensuring strong internal controls. Previously, he served as the CFO of Genesis Capital, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs and a market-leading lender to top-tier residential real estate developers. He also served for ten years as the CFO of the financial services division of Shea Homes and served as the CFO of two national independent mortgage banks. Mr. Hada began his career at Ernst & Young, is a CPA, and earned his undergraduate degree in Finance at Brigham Young University and his graduate degree in Finance & Accounting at the University of Notre Dame.
