Hector Joiner

Hector Joiner is an accomplished electrical engineer with extensive experience in the power industry. Currently serving as Principal Electrical Engineer at United Engineers & Constructors since December 2022, Hector previously held the position of Electrical Engineer I at Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation, where responsibilities included collaboration with plant management on maintenance and operational troubleshooting. With a significant tenure at Luminant, Hector reviewed and evaluated nuclear industry events, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions. Earlier roles included communications responsibilities for operational experience and project management for construction in the nuclear sector.
