To Ms. Roula, success is no accident. It is a result of hard work, perseverance, learning, sacrifice and most of all, to love what you do. She joined UFM in 2013 and established and supervised all administrative functions and employee remuneration processes including payroll promotions, organizational changes and end of services. She ventured into Business Excellence where developing corporate strategy was a part of her responsibilities. She also acted as a vocal point for the implementation of Deep Dive project to formulate a detailed operational plan. Roulabecame a member of projects’kick-off and mobilization teams and Facilities Management Support Manager. She works with the line managers by coordinating all human resource and administrative activities like recruitment, induction, training, appraisals, disciplinary action, coordination with other departments etc., to support the core business. She ensures that effective working relationships are maintained to meet company’s and projects’ objectives.

Ms. Roula holds a Bachelor of science in mathematics with concentration in computer science from USA & MBA from Bahrain.
