Laura Olivas

Laura Olivas currently serves as the People Relations Director at UFW Foundation, a role assumed in April 2023. Previously, Laura held the position of BIPOC Network Leader at B Lab U.S. & Canada from January 2022 to December 2023. As an independent consultant from April 2019 to May 2023, Laura provided operational and financial oversight to nonprofit and small business clients while designing program curricula for social impact. Experience includes senior management roles at Mission Driven Finance, and operational leadership at organizations such as Hispanas Organized for Political Equality, Mission Economic Development Agency, and Latino Community Foundation. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and has completed various leadership and fellowship programs aimed at promoting equity and opportunity.
