Leslie Edmond

Chief People Officer at United Nations Foundation

Leslie Edmond serves as the Chief People Officer of People and Culture and is responsible for connecting talent strategy to organizational strategy. In this role, she leads the United Nations Foundation’s work on organizational culture, workforce equity, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition and development, benefits administration, operations, and administrative management.

Leslie brings over 25 years of human resource and administrative experience in building and enhancing corporate, environmental, and social justice organizations. Most recently she worked at Service Employees International Union (SEIU) as part of the Human Resources team responsible for supporting executives with organizational design, workforce planning, equity and diversity initiatives, training, and talent management programs. Prior to joining SEIU, Leslie was at Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) where she was responsible for all facets of Human Resources, Facilities, and Administration Management.
