Theresa Khorozyan

Khorozyan, Theresa is a seasoned Human Rights Officer at the UN Office of the High Commissioner of Human Rights, actively involved in the universal periodic review mechanism of the Human Rights Council since December 2009. Previously, Khorozyan served as a Senior Program Manager at Counterpart International Armenia and held roles such as Human Rights Policy Specialist at UNDP Bratislava and Program Coordinator at UNDP Armenia. Earlier experience includes leading the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina as Head of the Field Office and serving as a Human Rights Adviser at the OSCE office in Yerevan. Khorozyan's academic background includes a Master's degree in Theory and Practice of Human Rights from the University of Essex and a Master's degree in Political Science from the American University of Armenia.
