Pedro Guazo

Pedro Guazo is a seasoned finance expert with extensive experience in leadership roles across various esteemed organizations, including the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund, where Pedro currently serves as the Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Investments. Previously, Pedro held the position of Chief Financial Officer at both the United Nations and the World Food Programme. Additional significant roles include CFO and Treasurer at Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal and Banco del Ahorro Nacional y Servicios Financieros BANSEFI, as well as a Financial Analysis Director at SHCP. Pedro has an academic background that includes a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, a Master’s in Applied Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and comprehensive executive training from Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan Executive Education.
