Michael Ukwo Joy

Michael Ukwo Joy is an experienced professional in public health and gender issues, currently serving as a Gender Specialist at the United Nations Population Fund since January 2012. Previously, Michael held the position of Program Officer for Reproductive Health at ActionAid Nigeria from March 2008 to 2010, and worked as a Program Manager at INTERGENDER - International Center for Gender and Social Research from February 2008 to September 2009. Michael possesses a Master's in Public Health, focusing on Population and Reproductive Health, from the University of Ibadan, as well as a Master of Public Health degree from Texila American University Consortium. Michael also holds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Kogi State University and a diploma in Mental Health Studies from Alison Learning Record.
