Jeff Swanson

Jeff Swanson has extensive work experience in communications, media relations, and business management. Jeff is currently the Vice President of Communications & Media Relations at UNFI since 2018. In the same year, they also became a Co-Owner and strategic partner at Pluswood Distributors. Jeff is the Company Owner and Co-Founder of HickoryPine Investments since 2018, where they support start-ups and small business growth. Prior to that, they held various positions at SUPERVALU, including Vice President of Communications and Enterprise Learning. Jeff also has experience as a President/Owner at Autumn Cottage and as a Director of Marketing & Communications at Creative Publishing international. Jeff's earlier career involved working as an Account Director at Weber Shandwick and as the Director of Sports Communications at Bemidji State University.

Jeff Swanson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Bemidji State University, where they attended from 1989 to 1993.
