Valerie Marsh

Valerie Marsh is an accomplished legal and human resources professional with extensive experience in labor relations and total rewards. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Labor Relations and Total Rewards at UNFI, Valerie has previously held significant roles such as Senior Vice President of Labor Relations and Strategy and Vice President & Deputy General Counsel for Labor Relations, Benefits, and Legal Technology/Analytics. Prior to UNFI, Valerie worked at General Motors as Lead Counsel for Corporate-Finance and Pension, Benefits, and Compensation, as well as Lead Counsel for Corporate & Finance. Valerie's career also includes key positions at Baker & McKenzie as a Partner and Associate, along with an Associate role at Bouhan Falligant (formerly Bouhan, Williams & Levy LLP).
