Steven Ford

Steven Ford currently serves as the PM News Editor at UPI.com, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this, Steven was a freelance cannabis copywriter and editor from 2018 to 2023, collaborating with PR agencies and cannabis brands. Steven’s extensive experience in journalism includes roles as News Editor and Senior Editor at the Orlando Sentinel, where responsibilities encompassed multiplatform editing and production from 2015 to 2018, alongside various editorial roles since 1997. Previous positions also include editorial responsibilities at the San Antonio Light, Beaumont Enterprise, and Port Arthur News. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications, specializing in Journalism from Lamar University.
