Justin Musselman

Justin Musselman is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in the equipment rental industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations Excellence at United Rentals since May 2021, Justin has also held positions such as District Manager and Branch Manager within the company. Prior to United Rentals, Justin had a long tenure at Pac-Van, Inc., where roles included Branch Manager, Regional Operations/Compliance/Purchasing Manager, Operations Manager, and Assistant Operations Manager. Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Entrepreneurship, and Business Law from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, attained between 1995 and 2000. Additionally, Justin is affiliated with the United States Green Building Council, reflecting a commitment to sustainable practices in operations.
