Kate Sberna

Kate Sberna joined United Site Services in October 2019. She served as the Senior VP of Human Resources and M&A Integrations before being promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer in January 2021. Kate is passionate about maximizing employee engagement in a way that provides opportunities, positive experiences and creates an environment in which people feel secure, empowered, and supported. Prior to working with United Site Services, Kate served as the VP Chief Talent Officer at Sterling Construction Co and spent over a decade at Aggreko in various HR leadership roles.
