Anthony Collopy

Anthony Collopy has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. Anthony most recently worked as the Chief Engineer at Franz Family Bakery starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Facilities Manager at Topgolf from 2022 to 2023. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Elysian Brewing Co, initially as a Maintenance Technician II and later as the Maintenance Supervisor.

Before their roles in the hospitality industry, Anthony worked at Northwest Technical Products Inc. as the NW Sales Manager from 2014 to 2016. Anthony was responsible for selling Stratasys 3D printers to colleges and universities in the Pacific Northwest.

From 2011 to 2014, Anthony worked as the North West Recruiting Manager at Orion International, specializing in placing military members into various companies.

Additionally, Anthony has prior experience in the US Navy, where they served as the NRD Seattle Nuclear Programs Recruiter from 2008 to 2011 and as an Engineering Department Supervisor from 2000 to 2008.

Anthony Collopy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior University. Anthony has completed two years of coursework in business as preparation for an MBA at Olympic College. Additionally, they have studied International Relations for two years at the University of Southern California.
