Nannette Christ

Director, Office Of Investigations at U.S. International Trade Commission

Nannette Christ has a strong background in economics, investigations, and management. Nannette has worked at the U.S. International Trade Commission since 2001, where they started as an International Economist and later became the Division Chief and then the Director of the Office of Investigations. In their roles, they managed assignments and processes, improved productivity and performance through technology, and implemented cross-office process improvements. Nannette also served as the Acting Director of the Office of Economics and was responsible for prioritizing recruitment, budget expenditures, and reducing reporting burden. Additionally, they have experience as a Commissioner Aide and has led multidisciplinary teams on high-profile studies. From 1994 to 1999, they worked at the U.S. Department of Justice as a Paralegal Supervisor and Paralegal. In 1999, they joined Mercer Management Consulting as a Business Analyst, where they researched industry dynamics and presented analysis on strategic implications. Nannette Christ also participated in the International Career Advancement Program in 2008.

Nannette Christ completed their Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Social Studies at Harvard College. Nannette then pursued a Master of Arts with Honors in International Economics/African Studies at The Johns Hopkins University from 1997 to 1999.
