Ilyanna Gutiérrez

Director, Media Operations at United States Soccer Federation (USSF)

Ilyanna Gutiérrez has a diverse work experience in the field of media and operations. Ilyanna has worked for the U.S. Soccer Federation since 2017, starting as a Media Services & Operations Coordinator, where they oversaw media and broadcast operations for the U.S. Men's and Women's National Team games and federation events. Ilyanna then progressed to the role of Media & Broadcast Operations Manager before becoming a Senior Manager in 2022, and currently serves as the Director of Media Operations. In these positions, they developed and executed media operations plans for various sport venues.

In addition to their work at the U.S. Soccer Federation, Ilyanna has also worked for CONCACAF as a Concacaf Media Officer for the Concacaf W Championship in 2022 and the Concacaf Gold Cup in 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Media Operations Consultant and as a Media Accreditation Assistant for the Copa America 2016 Local Organizing Committee.

Earlier in their career, Ilyanna gained experience in the hospitality industry as a Catering Coordinator for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) and as a Public Relations Assistant for Chivas USA.

From 2008 to 2012, Ilyanna Gutiérrez attended California State University-Dominguez Hills, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. Their field of study focused on Public Relations and Advertising.
