Scott Kafer

Scott Kafer has a diverse work experience in various roles within the military and defense sector. Scott has served as the Chief of Security Operations at the United States Southern Command, where they directed and managed the Office of Security Cooperation. Scott was also the Chief of Academic Operations at the Inter-American Defense College, responsible for overseeing academic operations and managing a significant budget. Additionally, they worked as an Army Attaché at the Defense Intelligence Agency, serving as the US Military's representative to Guatemala. Prior to that, they held the position of US Army Security Cooperations Section Chief at the US Embassy in Santiago, Chile, where they focused on fostering positive international relations. Scott also has experience as a US Army Recruiting Company Commander, where they led marketing initiatives and managed a team of recruiters. In their earlier years, Scott served in various roles within the US Army, including managing Iraqi Security Forces operations and leading a Blackhawk Helicopter Company.

Scott Kafer has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Latin American Studies from Naval Postgraduate School. Scott also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a Marketing Emphasis from Weber State University. In addition, Scott Kafer has an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Spanish from Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center. Scott completed their secondary education at Bingham High School.
