Michael M. is currently serving as the Deputy Clerk and Chief Information Officer at the United States Tax Court since October 2019. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Program Analyst and Computer Scientist at the United States Department of Defense from 2011 to September 2019. Michael holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School, which Michael obtained from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, earned from 1994 to 1997.
