Guillaume Charbonneau Quintal

Guillaume Charbonneau Quintal is an experienced leader in global affairs and human rights advocacy. Currently serving as the Department Leader for Global Affairs at the United Steelworkers (USW) and Executive Director of the Steelworkers Humanity Fund since January 2023, Guillaume oversees budget development, financial management, and project implementation for the organization. Prior experience includes roles as Education and Project Officer at the Steelworkers Humanity Fund, Program Manager at Inter Pares, and Coordinator of the Honduras International Accompaniment Project at the Friendship Office of the Americas. Education includes a Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the Université du Québec à Montréal and a College Degree in Youth and Adult Correctional Intervention from John Abbott College.
