Brian Zibricky

Brian Zibricky has extensive work experience in marketing, product management, and training. Brian has held various roles throughout their career in different companies. From 2021 to the present, they have been working as the Director of Marketing - Brand at United Training. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2021, they worked at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers | NHLS, where they held positions such as Vice President of Marketing and Products and Product and Marketing Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing the company's public website, maintaining internal intranets, developing lead management strategies, managing partner relationships, conducting sales and product training, reviewing curriculum choices, investigating new technologies, and making strategic decisions. Brian also assisted in creating new programs and tracks for the consumer program. Before joining NHLS, Brian worked as a Technical Instructor and Solutions Architect at another company, where they delivered technical training and provided technical sales assistance. Brian also served as a Training Supervisor, where they focused on staff development and operational management. Prior to that, they worked at Castrol Industrial North America as a Project Specialist and IT Technical Support Specialist, where they led a support team and provided desktop support for a large user base. Brian has a breadth of experience in marketing, product management, technical training, and support.

Brian Zibricky obtained their Bachelor's degree in English Education from Western Illinois University between the years 1989 and 1994. Brian also acquired certifications in Inbound and Sales Enablement from HubSpot in January 2017. In addition, they have other certifications related to IT, such as ITIL v3 Foundations, MCITP: Microsoft Certified IT Professional - Enterprise Support, MCITP: Microsoft Certified IT Professional - Server 2008 Enterprise, MCSA/Security: Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator - Server 2003, MCSE: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer - Server 2003, and MCT: Microsoft Certified Trainer.
