Dave Holmes

Dave Holmes is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the water and wastewater sectors. Since August 2011, Dave has served as Senior Project Engineering Manager and Principal Civil Engineer at United Utilities. Prior to this role, Dave spent over two decades at Halcrow Group, where responsibilities included Project Director and Technical Lead for various projects, such as water and wastewater treatment works and flood alleviation schemes. Dave holds a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham, earned between 1983 and 1987.
