Rosie Vega

Rosie Vega has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rosie started their career as a Server Assistant at Besito in 2010 before moving on to work at Western Connecticut State University as a Media Services Associate, Front Desk Receptionist, and Resident Assistant. In 2011, they joined PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc. as a Groomer Assistant and later became a Cashier, where they provided quality customer service and maintained knowledge of store sections. Rosie then worked at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company as a Sales Auditor, ensuring quality customer care. Rosie also worked at PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc. again as a Dog Trainer, where they scheduled classes and met sales goals. From 2013 to 2016, Rosie worked at Rent-A-Center as a Sales Assistant and then as a Sales Manager. Rosie gained valuable experience in sales and management during this period. In 2017, they served as an Office Manager at Arthur Murray Dance Studio. Rosie worked as a Client Service Representative at United Veterinary Care from 2018 and currently holds the same position at Animal Medical Care of CT since 2021. Rosie's most recent role is as a Veterinary Technician at Veterinary Wellness Center of New Haven, where they apply their skills and knowledge in the veterinary field.

Rosie Vega completed their high school education at Conard High School from 2002 to 2006, where they received a High School Diploma with an Allied Health Concentration. Rosie then attended the University of Hartford in 2006 for a year, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Rosie continued their education at Western Connecticut State University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's in Arts degree in History.
