Diana Vo

Director, Community Impact at United Way California Capital Region

Diana Vo's work experience begins in 2010 when they worked as an Outreach Leader for Girl Scouts Heart of Central California. In this role, they collaborated with staff to plan and organize after-school and summer programming in under-served communities. Diana also designed promotional materials to increase attendance at day camps.

In 2012, Diana transitioned to the role of Outreach Assistant at Girl Scouts Heart of Central California. Diana served as a conflict resolution liaison and implemented employee engagement initiatives. Diana also managed budget reports and consistently remained under budget.

In 2014, Diana joined the American Cancer Society as a Coordinator for the Division Office and Event Support. In this position, they secured donations, promoted events, and built strong volunteer relationships. Diana later became a Community Development Manager, leading regional events and cultivating partnerships.

Diana's most recent role, starting in 2018, is with the United Way California Capital Region. Diana began as a Volunteer Engagement Coordinator, overseeing volunteer recruitment, developing engagement plans, and promoting community activities. Diana then became a Senior Manager in Partnerships, and currently holds the position of Director of Community Impact.
