Senior Director, Research And Learning at United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley

Marion McNabb, DrPH, MPH has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Marion currently serves as the Senior Director of Research and Learning at the United Way of Massachusetts Bay. In 2019, they became the President of the Cannabis Center of Excellence, INC. Furthermore, they are the Chief Executive Officer of 510 Innovations, LLC since 2022. Dr. McNabb is also involved in the cannabis industry as a Cannabis Retail Appointee for the Massachusetts Cannabis Advisory Board and an Advisory Board Member for CannabisBPO. Before entering the cannabis industry, they co-founded and served as CEO of the Cannabis Community Care and Research Network. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Digital Health Consultant for UNICEF and HealthEnabled, where they developed approaches to digital health and led global projects. Dr. McNabb's expertise in digital health was also utilized during their time as a Senior Digital Health Technical Advisor at Pathfinder International. Marion has also shared their knowledge by teaching a course on mHealth at Boston University School of Public Health.

Marion McNabb, DrPH, MPH attended Loyola University New Orleans from 1998 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. Marion then pursued their undergraduate studies at Saint Louis University from 1999 to 2003, focusing on African and African American Studies, resulting in a Bachelor of Arts degree. Following this, Marion furthered their education at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health from 2004 to 2008, earning a Master of Public Health in International Health. Lastly, they attended the Boston University School of Public Health from 2010 to 2016, specializing in International Health and obtaining a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) degree.
