Sahil Ghai

Sahil Ghai began their work experience in 2013 as a Graduate Assistant in the MBA Office at California State University-San Bernardino. In 2016, they joined Optum as a Scrum Master, and later that year, they started working at UnitedHealth Group as a Project Manager Scrum Master. Throughout their tenure at UnitedHealth Group, Sahil held various roles, including Project Manager, Sr Project Manager I, and currently, they serve as a Principal Program Manager starting in January 2022.

Sahil Ghai obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from California State University-San Bernardino from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Commerce degree from Nagpur University, from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Sahil has also obtained several certifications, including Professional Scrum Master (PSM) from Professional Scrum Master, Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute, SAFe Advance Scrum Master (SASM) from Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Training, SAFe Agilist (SA) from Scaled Agile, Inc., and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce.
