Vanessa Tentschert

I've been trusted in my Training and Development department for 17 years to lead people through change and provide the support that allows others to achieve their goals and learn new skill sets. I also have an extensive work history with our global partners establishing the collaboration with expanding our new hire class footprint. I've been promoted four times with two international travels and two Service Hero Awards. I've supported Benefit Ops call, claim from across all three LOB's and stretched my skills in other areas of the business. I appreciate the collaboration across teams and how I've formed relationships that has supported my role and my teams to achieve our company's mission. In addition, my commitment is to grow every day in our DEI, United Culture, CLL and Better Together for our consumers and my colleagues and challenge our partners by living in these actions.
