Scott Noonan

Scott Noonan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both public service and education. Currently serving as the Labor Engagement Liaison at the United Way of Greater Toledo since November 2016, Scott has a history of roles that includes working as a Disbursement Clerk at the Lucas County Auditor's Office, where responsibilities included processing vouchers and wire transfers. Prior to this, Scott gained experience as a Substitute Teacher across various school districts, executed janitorial tasks at Miami University's Housing and Dining Services, and held multiple positions in food service, including roles at Belmont Country Club, Showcase Cinemas Maumee, and The Toledo Zoo. Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Miami University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
