Mark Lambert has over 26 years of experience at Unitil, where the role as Vice President of Customer Operations includes leading all customer functions and developing a comprehensive customer engagement strategy with a focus on digital interfaces. Prior roles at Unitil include Director of Government Affairs and Director of Customer Service. Additionally, Mark Lambert serves on the board of New Hampshire Scholars since January 2016, contributing to initiatives that bridge education and local business. As a member of the NH Air Resource Council, appointed by the Governor, responsibilities include advising on policy and operations related to air resources. Mark Lambert holds a degree from Plymouth State University and graduated from St. Paul High School.
