Alejandro Marin

Alejandro Marin has a long history of work experience in the field of product design. In 2022, they will take on the role of Head of Product Design at Unito. From 2018-2022, they were the Design Director and Founder of THINK LIKE A MACHINE, a Strategic Design and Alignment firm. During this same time, they were also an Entrepreneur at The Right Bias. From 2014-2018, they were the Director of Product Design at The Workshop - Inventors of Play. At Air Canada from 2012-2014, they were a Product Manager and Customer Experience Manager. From 2010-2012, they were a Senior UX/UI Designer at TC Media. From 2003-2010, they were a UX/UI Designer and Interaction and Visual Designer at Amapola Studio Inc. In 2004, they were a Motion Graphics Designer Intern at Universidad de Manizales. Lastly, in 2004 they were a Teacher of Graphic Design at American Business School.

Alejandro Marin has a diverse educational background. Alejandro completed a Bachelor's degree in Visual Design from Universidad de Caldas in 2004. Alejandro then went on to obtain a Master in Interaction Design from Universit\u00e9 Lumi\u00e8re Lyon 2 in 2008. In 2010, they completed a Certificate in Cartooning & Character Design from George Brown College. Alejandro also participated in a Trainning program in Improvisation at The Second City in 2011. In 2019, they obtained a Fintech Cadence Certificate from Fintech Cadence, and is currently in the process of obtaining a UX professional with specialty in UX Management from the Nielsen Norman Group.
