Ali Shah

Ali Shah currently serves as the Emergency Management Director at San Jacinto College, where Ali is responsible for developing organizational preparedness, planning response, and recovery efforts. In previous roles at the College, Ali has also held positions as Program Director and Professor, focusing on curriculum development and program compliance. Additionally, Ali teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Unity Environmental University, specializing in Environmental Emergency Management and Law Enforcement. Ali's earlier experience includes roles as a Medical Officer for Harris County, Captain/Paramedic for the City of Mont Belvieu, Firefighter/Paramedic for the City of Liberty, and Paramedic for Clear Lake Emergency Medical Corps. Ali holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Houston, a Certificate of Technology in Emergency Medical Technology from Houston Community College, and a Master of Public Health from Kent State University.
