Heather L. Milicevic

Ms. Milicevic serves as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Unity Health Network, overseeing and planning all human resources functions for the nearly 500 employees. Her responsibilities in the role include, but are not limited to, payroll, employee benefits, wellness, recruitment, employee engagement, compensation, employee relations and reward systems. An integral part of the senior leadership team, Ms. Milicevic provides strategic consulting, advising and mentoring for her management peers on employee issues and team building. Recently guiding the institution to a NorthCoast 99 award and securing an Archer Award for Best Human Resources Department, Ms. Milicevic works to implement creative new programs to retain existing staff while recruiting new talent. Prior to her work with Unity Health Network, Ms. Milicevic served in human resource positions with Summa Health System and Cleveland Clinic, and was a finalist for 2015 Archer Award for Human Resources Executive of the Year.
