Erin Lemcke-Berno

Erin Lemcke-Berno has extensive experience in healthcare administration, including roles at Rochester Regional Health from October 2019 to April 2024, serving as Interim SVP, Chief Administrative Officer for the Lipson Cancer Institute, Women's Health & Virtual Care, VP of Clinical Network Integration, and Associate VP of Operations for Rochester Regional Health Laboratories & Pathology. Currently, Erin is a co-owner of Superior Spaces, focusing on community integration through quality space provision. Prior experience includes positions at the University of Rochester Medical Center, where Erin worked as Director of Clinical Operations in the Ob/Gyn department and as a Chief Sonographer. Erin holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor’s Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
