Andria Williams

Andria Williams is an experienced education professional with a comprehensive background in teaching and administration. Currently serving as Principal at Unity Preparatory Charter School of Brooklyn since July 2016, Andria has held various positions including Co-Principal, Assistant Principal of Middle School English Language Arts, Department Chair, Instructional Coach, and Lead Reading Interventionist. Previous roles include Reading Specialist and English Language Arts Teacher at Harlem Children's Zone, and Language Arts Teacher at Orange County Public Schools, as well as teaching positions in Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Additionally, Andria has experience as a Researcher with The Florida Center for Reading Research and served as a Citizen Action AmeriCorps Member. Andria holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Education from Florida State University and a Master of Education in Reading from the University of Central Florida.
