Allan Timms

Allan Timms has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Allan started their career as a Research Scientist at Philips Research Labs in 1994, and later worked as a Senior Systems Administrator at Worldsport Networks. In 2000, they joined Inet Technologies as a Technical Support Manager. Allan then moved on to elata, where they served as a Technical Services Manager from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Qualcomm and held various positions, including Director of Engineering and Engineering Lead for the Skifta product. In 2016, they worked as the VP of Engineering at 1-Page and later became the Head of Software Engineering at Logitech. In 2018, they joined Universal Audio as the Vice President of Engineering and eventually became the Senior Vice President of Engineering. Most recently, in 2022, they became a City Council Member for the City of Scotts Valley.
