Bert Alleyne

Bert Alleyne has extensive work experience in the field of chemistry and commercial development. Bert started their career as a Post Doctoral Fellow at the University of Southern California in May 2001 and worked there until November 2003.

In 2003, Bert joined Universal Display Corporation where they held various roles. Bert started as a Senior Scientist and Program Leader in November 2003 and worked in this position until January 2011. Bert then became a Program Manager for OLED Material Applications from December 2010 to March 2014. After that, they served as an Associate Director of PHOLED Materials - Commercial Development from March 2014 to present. Currently, Bert holds the position of Director of Chemistry, Commercial Development at Universal Display Corporation since March 2017.

Bert Alleyne completed their education chronologically as follows:

From 1984 to 1991, they attended Naparima College, where they pursued an Advanced Level education in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Zoology. Later, from 1995 to 2000, they attended the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, where they obtained a PhD in Coordination and Photophysical Chemistry.
