Dra. Nardelis Soto

Dra. Nardelis Soto, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Talent Management at Universal Group Inc. since May 2023. Nardelis is the owner and an organizational consultant at Crescere Consulting PR and has also worked as an adjunct professor at Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico from January to May 2023. Previous roles include Training and Organizational Development Manager at TeleMedik, Learning & Development Director at Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, and Organizational Excellence Manager at Empacadora Hill Brothers. Nardelis has held positions at Triple-S, Asociación de Psicología de Puerto Rico, COMPETITIVE CONSULTING GROUP CCG, and Atento, focusing on training and organizational psychology. Nardelis holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico, along with a Master's degree in the same field and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Universidad de Puerto Rico. Additional education includes a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online and specialized coaching training from Fidelis.
