Ryan Vaughn

Ryan Vaughn is an experienced professional in production management and engineering with a background in overseeing manufacturing processes. Currently serving as Laser & Systems Production Manager at Universal Laser Systems since March 2019, Ryan manages up to 50 employees in the production of CO2 lasers and laser engraving systems, while creating production schedules and managing daily assignments. Prior experience includes serving as Production Manager at Crosstex International, where Ryan successfully streamlined the packaging department, and as Manufacturing Engineer I at Accutron Inc, where Ryan collaborated on production processes and designed test equipment. Ryan began a career in quality assurance with roles at Norsk Hydro and Accutron Inc, focusing on CMM programming and inspection. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
