Seth Lartey

Seth Lartey has a strong background in compensation and benefits. SETH started their career in Intercontinental Bank Ghana Limited as a Compensation & Benefits Officer and worked there from December 2006 to March 2012. SETH then joined Access Bank Ghana as a Team Lead, Employee Services from January 2012 to December 2014. Currently, they are working at Universal Merchant Bank as the Head of Compensation & Benefits, starting from December 2014.

From 1997 to 2000, Seth Lartey pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree at the University of Cape Coast.
