Courtney Catagnus serves as Senior Director of Business Strategy and Senior Director of Experience & Site Merchandising at Universal Music Group since October 2022. Previously, Courtney held several positions at VMP (Vinyl Me, Please) from April 2018 to October 2022, including Senior Director of Business Development & Partnerships, where responsibilities included overseeing music curation and executive producing projects in collaboration with Sony. Prior to VMP, Courtney was an Account Manager and Digital Marketing Coordinator at Fame House, managing strategic initiatives for prominent artists. Early career experience includes internships at The Hangout Music Festival and Native Marketing. Courtney holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a B.A. in Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina Asheville.
