Jorge Palma

Jorge Palma, MSc, CTP, currently serves as an Investigador de superficies deportivas at Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, focusing on sustainable sports surfaces within the European project "CIRCULAR AND SAFE SOLUTION FOR SYNTHETIC TURF PITCHES." Jorge has extensive experience in turf management and consultancy, including roles as Director at CENEC Centro Español del Césped and multiple positions with iTurf Management, overseeing pitch quality for major events such as the FIFA World Cup and the African Cup of Nations. With a solid educational background, Jorge is pursuing a doctoral degree while holding several advanced qualifications in environmental science and turf management.
