Rafat Alzein is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining environments. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at the University Club of Chicago since September 2003, Rafat has demonstrated leadership and expertise in culinary operations. Prior to this role, Rafat held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from September 1996 to September 2003. Rafat obtained an Associate in Arts Culinary Degree from Kendall College, completing the program between 1995 and 1997.
